At glo, we are passionate about our work and take pride in making sure you receive a 5-star experience. If you are not totally satisfied with your experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we will make sure you love it!

cancellation policy


We require 48 hours notice of cancellation for all services. This allows us to accommodate our waiting list and ensure our stylists' livelihood. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the canceled appointment.

no shows


All no-shows will require a 50% charge of the canceled appointment.

returns + refunds


Product returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase for store credit. Returns are not accepted on gift cards, makeup, accessories, brushes or travel size products. We do not offer refunds on services and will happily provide an alternative solution if you are not completely satisfied with a service.

All gift card sales are final and nonrefundable.

  • We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to allow time for check in and to relax and browse before your service.

  • At glo we always strive to make dreams come true at every visit, however time limitations may require a change of service or rescheduling of the appointment if booked incorrectly. If an appointment is booked incorrectly online, our cancellation fee applies.

    Which color service should I book? If it is your first time at glo, or if you are switching things up from your regular, the first step to your hair dreams is a consultation. Your stylist will help determine which color service is the best match for you.

  • Glo is a level based system. The higher demand there is for a service provider’s time, the higher their level and price. All quotes are “starting at” and the final price for all color services is dependent on the product used.

  • It is our goal to provide a relaxing and calming experience for all guests. Due to safety concerns and space limitations, we do not allow children on the styling floor or spa rooms unless they are receiving a service. This ensures all guests receive the true glo experience.
